IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

This is an open tournament for young people of qualifying age.
If you are under 18 and over 10 yrs old you can play in any JDC event on that day.

However, if you turn 18 by the end of any qualifying period the player will not be able to participate in the finals of an event, even if a player qualified whilst under 18. 

NB - *IF YOU GAIN AN ADVANCED TOUR CARD FOR 2025 THROUGH THE FOUNDATION TOUR 2024 YOU WILL NEED TO BE UNDER 18 AS OF 23rd DECEMBER 2025 TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE TOUR CARD

IF YOU FINISH IN THE TOP 4 OF THE ORDER OF MERIT AND YOU ARE TOO OLD FOR THE ADVANCED TOUR CARD, BUT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CURRENT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP YEAR,YOU WILL BE GRANTED THE SPACE IN THE WORLD FINALS. THE AVAILABLE TOUR CARD WILL BE OFFERED VIA THE FOUNDATION TOUR ORDER OF MERIT TO THE NEXT ELIGIBLE PLAYER.

The JDC Foundation Tour is open to everybody who does not hold an Advanced Tour card or refused one for one year. 

The total Prize money for the 2024 Foundation Tour is 10,000

Entries are non refundable. 

ONLINE ENTRY ONLY - NO PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY

Entry closes 6pm the Friday before the weekends event.

*The top 4 players from the Foundation Tour O.O.M will be able to purchase a tour card for the following year

( *age dependant and entry fee applies )

*and 8 players will also be offered a place for the JDC world championship at the end of the year

(*age permitting and entry fee applies).

Cut off for this years JDC World Finals is under 18 as of 23rd DECEMBER 2024

Rules

1. 1.Dress code for the JDC Foundation Tour is black trousers and shoes, casual shirt (no football shirts)

            1.Registration for each event will be from 10AM – 10.30AM at all events unless otherwise stated. Play will commence at 11am, the second event will start as soon as the first event has finished or at final stages so please ensure you are in the building ready to start the second event.

1. 1.If you fail to register your name/attendance and the draw is done, you will not be able to play

1. 1.Players are requested to be In the venue by 1pm ready to start the 2^nd of the days events

1. 1.All tour events will be run on the Dartconnect system, a demonstration will be given before the start of each event and on request throughout the day. Live streaming of certain matches will take place at JDC Events

1. 1.Losers are requested to mark the following game on their board of play if you cant mark, it is your responsibility to ask someone to do it for you 

1. 1.Winners are requested to report match results to the tournament director on completion of the match being played

1. 1.Format for each event is best of 5 legs 501 down to the semi-final, the semi-finals will be best of 7 501 and the final will be best of 9 501. PDC Bull up rules applies winner of the bullseye will throw first in all odd numbered legs. Points will be awarded which will make up the order of merit 

1. 1.All prize money from the JDC will be paid through PayPal you must have a PayPal account to be paid and issue the JDC team With the Email address for it. Payment will be paid within 21 Days of the JDC tour event

All black trainer shoes are acceptable
